The swim will take place in the Chugiak HS swimming pool.  Swimmers will then exit into the parking lot and enter the transition area to prepare for the bike course.

The bike course has two out-and-back sections.  Bikers will exit the parking lot and head to the right.  They will go to the first turnaround, then come back, where they will turn right onto Hillcrest to the second turnaround.  Upon returning to the school, cyclists will enter transition area again and change to run.

The run course will be a single out-and-back.  Runners will exit the parking lot and go towards Glenn Highway.  They will go under the highway, and then turn left onto the paved trail.  Runners will continue on the paved trail to the turnaround, then go back the same route to the FINISH LINE!

For the kids race, the bike course will be a single out-and-back section.  The run will follow the same course as the adults, although shorter with an earlier turnaround.
